Teaming Genie provides network traffic load balancing and redundancy should one of your network connections fail. Obviously to enable this feature, you must have at least two NICs but the program can support up to 10. While this is a nice feature for server-class systems, the average PC user likely won't get much use out of it. And since the board only includes one built-in Ethernet jack, you would need to install at least one additional NIC to enable Teaming
